We are excited to announce a new offering at our Norwalk Aikido dojo—Yoga with Kia Stern, a certified yoga instructor. This class will take place every Tuesday before the children's Aikido class and is designed to complement and enhance Aikido practice by focusing on building flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.
The yoga session incorporates elements of Aikido conditioning, helping to improve core stability, balance, and overall body awareness. Whether you're an Aikido practitioner looking to enhance your performance on the mat or someone new to martial arts, this class supports physical and mental well-being, making it the perfect complement to your training.
